The property was very clean, and the room was incredibly comfortable. the staff were great and provided excellent assistance. There was a wide range of food for breakfast, including coffee, bread, cakes, and scrambled eggs. the hotel’s location was ideal, being very close to the Urubamba River, the train station, the Machu Picchu bus station, and several restaurants. I also enjoyed quick access to Slipstream Sculpture.

We appreciated king room with 3 beds. The hotel was placed in the central location to the Macchu Picchu buses with the railway at the front door.

The room was exceptionally good with 3 beds with an extremely comfy bed. Marvellous central location not far from the centre, waterfall, bus station and railway station, and MachuPicchu and also the train station🙂👌🙂

The building and rooms here are nice, and the rooms have three beds, offering a breakfast with orange juice, ham, and fresh bread.

The ambience of the hotel is quiet and the staff is really helpful. They offer big rooms. Nice touch to have central heating and multi-channel TV. All in all they offer good service.

Extremely comfy bed, particularly good bathroom and central heating and multi-channel TV in the room. Paid usd 49. Absolutely gorgeous views in a favourable location very close to the bus stop to go up to Machi Picchu. And very close to Urubamba river, Machu Pichu bus terminal and ticket counter and many restaurants.

We loved how conveniently close this hotel was to the bus stop, making it easy to get to Machu Picchu. The location next to the river was also a nice touch, and we appreciated being able to hear the sound of the water. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with a sack breakfast and even a heater for our room. Despite being so close to the train station, we found that this hotel was generally quiet and peaceful.

    Nothing, all excellent.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay at this hotel. Upon arriving, we were warmly welcomed and escorted from the train station. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the bus station for our trip to Machu Picchu. Despite being near the railway, the calming sound of the river helped us sleep soundly. The room was clean and odor-free, with comfortable beds and plenty of warm blankets. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a variety of options including cheese and ham. our experience at Hostal La Payacha was enjoyable and we would recommend it to others.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. For the price we paid, it offered great value for money. The location right by the railways was actually a plus, as it gave us a unique experience of being close to the train and enjoying the view. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with a bagged lunch and allowing us to store our bags while we explored. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, especially the ones with three beds, which were perfect for our group. Additionally, the breakfast included was a nice touch.

All was well, nothing to complain about.

Spending Christmas in this hotel was amazing! the staff was friendly and always willing to help. the breakfast was delicious and included two complementary facts that made our stay more enjoyable. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main attractions. the view of the river was breathtaking and the sound was quite soothing.

the room was quite small and the noise from the raging river and trains passing by kept us up at night.
